We are currently hiring a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team! Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is a newly created position responsible for leading the Company’s budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, metric development, bank compliance and general analysis. This role will provide the executive leadership team with accurate and timely financial information necessary for making business, operating and strategy decisions. Our private company is looking for a Director of FP&A, preferably with CRO experience, to help prepare for sustained growth. The role is on a hybrid schedule with time in our Durham, NC office, as necessary. This is a highly visible position and requires excellent presentation skills. This role will also work closely with Business Operations to develop reporting cadence and assist in optimizing business performance.

As required by pay transparency laws in some states, Rho provides the range of starting compensation (annual salary or hourly rate) it reasonably expects to pay for a given role. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $170,000-$210,000 per year.
